We do not take deposits as we are confident that the work we carry out will be up to the highest standards, so we don’t ask for payment until you are satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, Quality and Professionalism.
This Special Offer consists of the complete replacement of all Fascias, soffits and guttering.
Inclusive with this we are currently supplying FREE ventilation, felt trays.
All existing fascias, soffits, guttering will be removed ready for the installation of 18mm white fascias and 9mm flat soffit fixed directly to your roof spars.
The first row of tiles will be slid back in readiness for the new felt trays that will replace your old felt and then placed back into position.
The choice of guttering and fall pipes is White, brown or black in Round or Square.
All work shall be carried out off of correct staging and scaffolding.
All debris will be removed from site by ourselves at our cost and disposed of.
We DO NOT require any payment up front and the balance will not be asked for until all work has been completed and inspected by ourselves and yourself and you are entirely happy with the work we have carried out.
